CHARACTERISTICS

1. I hold fluoric resin by the minute irregularity of the plating film strongly.

SURFACE OBSERVATION

We performed the surface observation of RESISTAC II film with the SEM.

We observe above in Kinki University joint use center.

PROCCESSING TO THE INSIDE DIAMETER

We fixed Test Peace as coming to a prism-formed base 5x5mm long 150mm and measured two places of film pressure.
It' possible to process that is uniform to the prismatic inside diameter of aspect ratio 30 (Base 5x5mm, Long 150mm)
