RoHS compliant black coating

We have a lineup of black plating processes that comply with the ROHS directive.Electroless nickel plating: PhosblackⅢ and Solblack, Black alumite, Black chrome plating: Highblack. We propose black coating according to material and required performance.

Be-Cu (Beryllium Copper) products plating

Be-Cu alloy can be plated with various platings.

ex. NIWPHOSⅡ, electroless plating.

Be-Cu (Beryllium Copper) products peeling and reprocessing.

Various plating processes conducted on Copper alloy can easily be peeled off or reprocessed.
ex. We have an excellent track record of reprocessing Be-Cu mold products by treating them with Niwphos.

Improved heat dissipation of heat sink

We plate heat sinks made in copper and aluminium for heat dissipation.
ex. PhosblackⅢ, Blackalumite, and so on.

Black coating can be used in an ultra-high vacuum environment

An example of this can be seen in our own dark black electroless plated product Sol-black, with a reduced level of outgas for use in an ultra-high vacuum environment by post-processing. Due to its blackness and low outgas properties, it is actually used in the "HONIR" telescope and the gravitational wave telescope "KAGRA".

Processing difficult-to-plating materials such as ADC12, 7000 series aluminum and so on.

We can plate for difficult-to-plate materials.(ADC12, 7000 series aluminum and etc.)
It is possible to use all our processes.

Aluminum anodizing for 2000 and 7000 series

Anodizing is also available for 2000 series and 7000 series aluminum alloys.
Hard anodizing, black anodizing, and techno anodizing are available.

Hard chrome plating on aluminum alloy

We have made hard chrome plating possible on aluminum alloys.
Usually, copper plating is used as a base, but depending on the conditions, hard chrome plating can be applied directly.

Black electroless plating for small parts

By using a basket or barrel, black electroless plating can be applied to small parts such as screws, in a contactless manner, without leaving any marks.

Plating on small parts by jet stirring method.

Plating on micro parts is also possible at our company.
We have a proven track record of processing light shielding plates with a thickness of 50 μm.

Fabrication of metal nanoparticles by solution plasma

Metal nanoparticles are produced by submerged plasma.
By combining silver nanoparticles with technophos, it is used in the development of Technophos Ag which displays antibacterial properties.
